Paul Shore, trained at the prestigious American trainer American Motorcycle Institute in Daytona (Florida) and current owner of Motorrad Performance Shop of Calgary, has prepared a Buell S1 Lightning really interesting especially the look.
Technically, cycling is the new bike special most striking for pallets changes for the passenger subframe and to the rear of the tail, but especially for the adoption of the swingarm of a X 1 Lightning dating from the late 1990s.
The tail is that of the Ducati 999, chosen for its strong aesthetic impact, while the tank comes from a White Lightning ' 98 and the lighthouse from a V-Rod of Harley Davidson (same brand where Shore specializes); other details are fender finally the front carbon mirrors , rear retro style Instrumentation and really very minimal.
In practice, starting the bike was not the engine that, but the end result is nice and interesting, even if saddle and perhaps Lighthouse should not be just agree with the engine lines and frame, at least in my humble opinion.
For the rest we admire special this really rare even for Shore, used to work a lot more about motorcycles (BMW in primis, another House for which the tuner of Calgary specializes in Florida) and only sporadically to grapple with the two wheels stars and stripes, that sounds somewhat singular customizer for a North American format in Daytona.
