Spirit of the Seventies is the name chosen by Tim Rogers and Kev Taggart for their new company customizing dedicated to and founded with the intent to make motorcycles point that are at the same time "nostalgic, and sophisticated".
The first bike special for new preparers of Spirit II and is the two-wheeled personal Tim Rogers, CEO of the company itself: it is a model prepared by Martin Taylor and which has as its basis a Yamaha XS 750 of 1979 (it's a motorcycle touring thatbetween the late 1970s and early 1980s enjoyed a good reputation).
Taylor chose for Spirit II three-cylinder engine of a Yamaha XS 850 K&N filters and drains Gibson coated in ceramic materials; also bodywork the new carbon fiber and saddlery new leather were ad hoc, while chassis is the original, properly cleaned and repainted.
Thefront has opted for the mounting of an 18-wheel "that optimizes the position in the saddle, while thebraking consists of components from both a Yamaha R6 that from a FZR 400 the same House.
All this, along with the clever use color and of the choice not to go overboard with accessories for motorbikes (what is not obvious when it comes to accomplishments of this type), has helped create a two-wheel retro style and pretty sleek profile that makes good ideas of Rogers and Taggart and their new adventure in motorcycleworld of adventure, that makes a really excellent debut and promises even better for the future.
